Words of inspiration from Jasmine Star

If you follow, photographer, Jasmine Star on her blog/twitter, then you know that not only is she a fantabulous photographer, but also pretty darn hilarious while spreading bits-o-inspiration at the same time, if I do say so myself. Laugh and be inspired.

Quotes from Jasmine:

"If I could just FOCUS, I'd probably rock my face off. Or cure a disease. It's just that sparkley things, soft noises, & ideas get in the way."
-I hear you.

"Today I plan to make yesterday jealous. And tomorrow I'll make today jealous."
-I agree.

And, of course, I wouldn't leave you hanging without a bit-o-JStar image inspiration:

(Hehe, have I filled my "bit-o-" quota today? :-)

"Modern Vintage" with a shopping cart

What a beautiful engagement shoot from Caroline Tran. A gorgeous location with a shopping cart?! Yes, the shopping cart is my absolute favorite shot here, but this bride-to-be's style is fabulous. Love it!

Real engagement shoot love.

Shot in the couple's very own home.

Brought to you by Soapbox.

Image Inspiration Galore!

Okay, so you know how you read one blog, which leads you to another cool blog and then the next and then...you get the picture. Well, today I did just that. While visting one my favorite blogs, Hazelnut Photography, I came across another cool blog called Inspired By This, which lead me to even more fantabulous (yes, fantabulous!) photographers Gabriel.Ryan.Photographers. and their work below. I just loved their photos and knew they'd perfect inspiration for you all.

I love the positioing in this photo, but secretly, more than that, I love the bride's bold choices for the bridesmaids!

More color/tone inspiration for you along with just being a cool shot.

Modern, yet vintage all in one shot and fun editing. Love the umbrellas. My fav!

Kids, don't try this at home...

Real couple, Efren and Melanie...love it!

Photographer: Chrissy Farrah

Note to self: I still need a big floppy hat and apparently to learn to run and jump very high in heels to go with my hat! ASAP!

My fav!

Check out the rest of this amazing shoot here.

Foot Fetish...

I'm addicted to wedding photography because the details are so beautiful. Well, photography, in general is beautiful. But there's just something about those impending engagement shoots. Not everyone does them, but when they do photograhpers seem to have a thing about grabbing those special moments between two love birds...and their feet!

This first picture is courtesy of Ebonee Monique from Becoming His Mrs. I ran across this picture from her engagement shoot and just had to showcase it! Too cute!

A Surprise Real Wedding!!

This beautiful couple from Charlotte, North Carolina threw a surprise wedding for their guests to attend and photographer Cheyenne Schultz was there to capture it all!

Just before they broke the surprise to their guests.

Guests' reactions.

Getting ready.

Loving this look! The flowers just pop.

The men are looking good too!

Again, the purple just pops. Simple, yet royal.

There's nothing like an empty theatre shot.

I just had to share this gorgeous wedding, but check out the rest of the beautiful details on her blog.
